I primarily work with LGBTQIA+ individuals, trauma survivors, and those navigating substance or alcohol use concerns. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, identity-related stress, burnout, emotional pain, or unhealthy coping patterns. They may feel disconnected from themselves, struggle with trust or relationships, or feel stuck in survival mode after difficult life experiences. I provide a supportive, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where clients can safely process their experiences, strengthen self-worth, and begin healing. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, and substance recovery through a trauma-informed and LGBTQIA+ affirming lens. Using approaches such as CBT, CPT, ACT, and person-centered therapy, I help clients process trauma, build healthier coping skills, improve emotional regulation, navigate life transitions, and work toward lasting emotional wellness and recovery. Reaching out for support can feel intimidating, especially when carrying the weight of trauma, addiction, or feeling misunderstood in your experiences or identity. You do not have to face it alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, supported, and empowered while we work together toward healing, resilience, balance, and meaningful personal growth.
