My ideal client is someone who feels weighed down by stress, anxiety, or depression, or who is working through past trauma, PTSD, or struggles with substance or alcohol use. They may feel lost in their identity, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or overwhelmed by life changes and relationships. Deep down, they want to feel understood, supported, and empowered to create real change. Their goal is to heal from the past, build healthier coping skills, and feel more confident, balanced, and connected to themselves and others. I help clients work through anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance or alcohol use by providing a safe, supportive space to heal and grow. Using CBT, CPT, and person-centered therapy, I guide clients in building coping skills, gaining clarity, and creating lasting change in their lives.
