Introduction

Hello! I'm glad you're here. My name is Desiree and I'm a licensed clinical social worker licensed in FL, CA and CO. I provide telehealth therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, and life transitions. Clients are welcome to bring their coffee or tea to session as we create a space for reflection and growth. Before becoming a therapist, I earned a BA in Journalism at the University of New Mexico and spent eight years working in the corporate world. Later, I pursued my MSW at Fordham University in New York City and built a career spanning private practice and hospital-based roles, including experience as a travel social worker in both inpatient and outpatient settings. My background allows me to bring both compassion and practical experience to the therapy space. I hold space not just as a therapist, but as another human being who understands that life can be complicated.
