I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and veteran, and I’m passionate about walking alongside individuals and families as they heal from trauma and discover greater resilience, connection, and self-understanding. I offer a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard, cared for, and accepted—whether you’re working through past trauma, navigating stress, or seeking personal growth. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, blending evidence-based practices with creative and culturally grounded modalities to honor your unique needs. I am trained in EMDR & Flash Technique, Trauma-Informed Expressive Arts, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and TF-CBT Project Making Medicine (PMM), which blends TF-CBT with Indigenous healing traditions. I also integrate Synergetic Therapy, a neuroscience-based approach that helps regulate the nervous system, release patterns rooted in trauma, and build stronger, more compassionate connections with yourself and others. I believe that with safety and support, even our most painful experiences can become opportunities for growth and healing.
