Sometimes life doesn’t look the way you expected it to. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, exhausted, or disconnected from the person you once were. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship changes, or simply a difficult season of life, you don’t have to walk through it alone. I’m passionate about meeting people where they are and creating a space where you can feel heard, understood, and free to be honest about what you’re experiencing. With years of experience I’ve learned that healing is deeply personal and looks different for everyone. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, narrative therapy, and family-focused work to help you make sense of your experiences, recognize your strengths, and move toward meaningful change. I believe true healing involves the whole person mind, body, and spirit. As a person of faith, I’m also happy to incorporate a biblical perspective when it aligns with your values and goals. As a mother myself, I have a particular passion for supporting moms who feel like they’ve poured so much into everyone else that they’ve lost touch with themselves. You can love your family deeply and still need space to breathe, heal, and rediscover who you are. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can slow down, feel supported, and begin to move forward with greater.
