Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself and exploring whatever has brought you to therapy. As a Resident in Counseling, I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, anger management, self-esteem challenges, and substance use concerns. I believe that therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, so I tailor each session to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a person-centered approach, I'll help you better understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical coping skills that promote lasting change. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling heard, supported, and empowered with tools you can use in everyday life. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, resilience, and personal growth.
