My approach is client-centered and integrative, blending Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Practices, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy. I tailor sessions to your goals, offering both space to process and skills to support real-life change. I also have experience supporting survivors of intimate partner violence and domestic violence and understand the importance of safety, trust, and healing in the aftermath of relational trauma. Outside of work, I love spending time in nature, going on adventures, creative projects, and making memories with my family.
