In our work together, I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth and lasting change. My approach to therapy is eclectic, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered techniques. This allows me to tailor our work to best meet your individual needs and goals. I have extensive experience supporting clients through a wide range of concerns, including Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, life transitions, relationship and family challenges, parenting struggles, trauma-related disorders, substance and alcohol use issues, perinatal concerns, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. As a certified Autism-Informed Professional, I am also equipped to support individuals on the autism spectrum, as well as their family members, in navigating their unique experiences and therapeutic goals. I primarily work with adults aged 21 and older. Whether you're seeking support for a specific issue or simply looking to better understand yourself, I am here to help you take the next step forward.
