In our work together, my goal is to offer a supportive, genuinely welcoming space where you can feel fully heard, deeply understood, and empowered to grow. I believe that real, lasting change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship—and I’m committed to building one with you. My therapeutic style is flexible and collaborative. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered approaches, allowing me to tailor our sessions to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. No two clients are the same, and your therapy shouldn’t be either. I have extensive experience helping clients navigate a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship and family challenges, parenting stress, trauma-related issues, substance and alcohol use, perinatal mental health, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. As a certified Autism-Informed Professional, I also provide specialized support for autistic adults and their family members, honoring each person’s individual experience and fostering confidence, clarity, and self-understanding. I primarily work with adults 21 and older. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I’m here to walk with you as you take the next step toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.
