Introduction

Are you or a loved one experiencing symptoms that are preventing a fulfilling life? Is professional support and guidance needed? I specialize with helping people who are struggling with such areas as: dementia; hoarding; video game, internet, or sexual addiction; gambling; cancer; sports performance; anxiety; depression; behavior issues; focus; relationships; and difficulties at school, work and home. You will be heard and supported so that together we will find a plan to help empower you, or your loved one, to find self-control, discipline, balance and inner strength to improve relationships and success at school, work and home. I believe in balance. As a high school and college athlete, high school teacher and coach, along with having a huge heart for people in need, being a musician and AmeriCorps Volunteer, I help people embrace their identity and be well-rounded. Aside from individuals, I also work with families, as my personal motto is: “Always Support the Family." You deserve to be happy, satisfied and fulfilled. Life is short. Time is finite. Don't waste one moment of your precious life being unhappy. I'm here to help. Call or email me today to begin your path to a better life.
