Introduction

I'm passionate about helping people experiencing acute and complex/complicated trauma, all forms of anxiety, and various compulsive behaviors live their best lives. I strive to integrate the science and art of mental health counseling to meet folks where they are and help them get where they want to be. I have extensive training and expertise in evidence-based practices (EBPs), including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and anxiety, Prolonged Exposure and EMDR for PTSD and trauma, and The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) listening therapy for nervous system regulation. I previously specialized in compulsive sexual behaviors/"sex addiction" and especially enjoy working with sexual themes of OCD, including taboo/attraction-based subtypes like POCD, as well as unwanted sexual behaviors standalone or intertwined with OCD or trauma. You can expect honesty, direct communication, and tons of encouragement. I’ll challenge you, support you, and cheer you on every step of the way. 100% virtual counseling is available for individuals, families, and support systems in Arizona, California, Colorado, Alaska, and the UK.
