Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially if you’re used to pushing through or figuring things out on your own. My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to have it all together—you can simply show up as you are. My approach is relational, person-centered, somatic, and acceptance-based, acknowledging that our experiences live in both our minds and bodies. I personalize treatment for every individual, drawing on a collaborative process to help you build meaningful change. I work with individuals (ages 11+) navigating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, OCD, identity work, and life transitions. As a former competitive athlete and youth soccer coach, I have a special interest in supporting athletes and high achievers through performance pressure, perfectionism, and burnout. I am also deeply passionate about providing safe, affirming care for LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, and chronic illness communities. You don’t need to know the destination before you start. We can begin where you are and work together toward a life that feels authentic and connected. I’d be honored to support you.
