Introduction

I believe meaningful change begins when people feel heard, understood, and empowered with the tools to move forward. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I've dedicated my career to helping children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate life's challenges, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change. My clinical experience includes working with individuals and families facing anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, parenting challenges, and family conflict. I've received specialized training in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Multidimensional Family Therapy, and parenting interventions. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and practical. I believe therapy should be more than simply talking about problems. It should help you better understand yourself, develop useful skills, improve communication, and build confidence in handling life's challenges. I founded Virtually You Therapy & Wellness to create an accessible, supportive, and engaging space where individuals and families can grow at their own pace. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, my goal is to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be.
