Introduction

Life's challenges can leave us feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected, or uncertain about our next steps. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, or navigating a major life transition, you do not have to face it alone. As a Licensed Professional Counselor serving clients in Georgia and Florida, I bring over 16 years of experience helping individuals heal, grow, and reclaim their lives. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences, process difficult emotions, and develop the tools needed to create lasting change. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based. I specialize in anxiety management, trauma recovery, relationship concerns, emotional healing, and life transitions. Together, we will identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen healthy coping skills, and build upon the resilience and strengths you already possess. I believe therapy is more than symptom reduction—it's about helping you reconnect with yourself, establish meaningful relationships, and create a life that feels aligned with your values and purpose. I have a special passion for helping high-achieving women, caregivers, helping professionals, and individuals who have spent years pouring into others learn how to prioritize their own healing without guilt. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally drained, overwhelmed by responsibilities, or disconnected from who they once were. My goal is to help them rediscover their voice, rebuild their confidence, establish healthy boundaries, and move forward with greater clarity and peace. In addition to providing therapy, I serve as a clinical supervisor, mentor, trainer, public speaker, and mental health advocate. I am deeply committed to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and increasing access to quality care within our communities. Helping others heal is not simply my profession—it is my purpose. No matter where you are in your journey, healing is possible. You deserve support, you deserve peace, and you deserve the opportunity to become the healthiest version of yourself. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you take that next step.
