Starting therapy can feel overwhelming. Taking that first step requires courage, and I deeply respect the strength it takes to reach out for support. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Every person’s journey is different, which is why I use a person-centered approach that is thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs. I see myself not as someone who “has all the answers,” but as a compassionate guide walking alongside you. Building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work because meaningful growth begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood without judgment. I am a fully licensed therapist in New Jersey with over three years of experience as an outpatient clinician in a group practice, along with experience as a school-based clinician and work in private practice clinics. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, and family or relationship concerns and other stressors. My role is not just to provide tools, but to walk alongside you as a supportive guide, helping you build self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful growth. Above all, I strive to create a warm and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions openly at a pace that feels comfortable to you. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
