Introduction

I am a licensed professional counselor associate (LPC Associate) supervised by Dwayne Frei, LPC-S. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, written exposure therapy, and prolonged exposure therapy. Now more than ever people are just trying to get through their day. I believe people can change; hope and answers are possible once you make that first appointment because counseling is a great step on anyone’s journey. I provide online counseling for adults across Texas. I’m experienced in working with clients who have anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorders. I come from a military family and have worked with the military community. I work with adults who want thoughtful, structured support for healing and change. My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in evidence-based care. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Written Exposure Therapy (WET) to help clients build healthy coping skills, reduce distress and move forward with more stability. I work together with you, so you know what to expect and feel supported along the way. I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and/or trauma. We usually start out with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to develop coping skills. Then, only if you are ready, we can move into written exposure therapy (WET) to address trauma. Writing about their trauma can help clients process what happened to them. My goal is to create a space that feels both safe and supportive, where clients can work through difficult experiences and develop tools that fit their life. Contact me today, and we can take the first step together.
