Introduction

Many of the clients I work with struggle with anxiety or the impact of past traumas; feeling stuck in patterns, overwhelmed by thoughts, or weighed down by emotions that don’t easily resolve. I believe healing begins with a sense of safety & the ability to explore your experience at your own pace. I offer a steady, authentic, & supportive space to help you reconnect with yourself & move forward. I am also passionate about helping couples strengthen connection, rebuild trust, & heal together. I support partners navigating emotional disconnection, unhealed wounds, communication challenges, parenting stress, & major life transitions. My philosophy as therapist is based on a person-centered, strengths-based, dialectics approach, while integrating evidence-based modalities. My lived experience combined with clinical training has reinforced my belief that therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all; each person’s journey is unique. I strive to meet my clients where they are with warmth & flexibility. It’s okay to not have everything figured out before reaching out. If you’re feeling stuck or ready for change, I’m here to support you. Together, we’ll create a space where you can safely explore what’s weighing on you & reconnect with yourself. I show up as a genuine, present therapist, offering a supportive, nonjudgmental space for growth & self-acceptance.
