If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or just struggling to get a good night's sleep, you're not alone. The way we sleep, move, eat, and connect with the people around us has a profound effect on how we feel — and when anxiety, depression, or stress creep in, those everyday rhythms are usually the first things to unravel. After nearly twenty years of sitting with people through some of life's hardest moments, I've come to believe that real, lasting change tends to grow from the small things. I offer a space where you can slow down, feel truly heard, and start to make sense of what you've been carrying. My approach is client-centered and rooted in the belief that mental health and everyday life are deeply connected. I believe you are the expert of your own life. Together, we'll gently explore the patterns that have been shaping how you feel and work toward small, sustainable changes that add up to something meaningful. This philosophy isn't just something I practice professionally — it's something I live. Outside of work, you'll find me spending time with my husband and children, getting outside, crocheting, baking, and reading. The same balance and self-care I encourage in my clients, I try to nurture in myself.
