Introduction

Hello, My name is Diane. I created Neurodivergent Fleet Counseling in response to a world where too many people are asked to operate in a world that was never designed for them. My work is grounded in the belief that you are not broken or wrong. Sometimes we just need a little extra help when the world isn’t designed for us. My undergraduate degrees were in Psychology with a Neuroscience Concentration, and social sciences, and my Graduate Degree is in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling--In other words I love people and I love brains and I love helping people who were given non-standard brains find ways to support and enjoy their brains. I my therapy is grounded in humanistic principles, and it is trauma and neuroscience informed. I use a variety of interventions, including some CBT, Narrative therapy, ACT, and mindfulness. I'd like to go on the journey with you, and help you navigate and explore who you are and live your best life.
