Introduction

Hello, I am Diane J. Tomlin, a National Certified Counselor (NCC), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist–Associate (LCASA), Life Motivational Consultant, and the CEO and founder of my practice. I bring more than twenty years of combined professional experience and education to the individuals, couples, and families I serve. While I am a woman grounded in faith, I welcome and work respectfully with clients from all backgrounds and belief systems. My approach is rooted in deep empathy, active listening, and a genuine commitment to understanding each person’s unique experiences. These strengths allow me to support clients as they navigate a wide range of challenges—including grief and loss, employment changes, spiritual concerns, relational difficulties, and the impact of traumatic life events—many of which I have personally faced and overcome. Using evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with individualized treatment plans and the option of incorporating spiritual insight when desired, I help clients move through fear, grief, spiritual dilemmas, depression, anxiety, and stress. My goal is to empower each person to break free from the barriers that hold them back and to build a healthier, more fulfilling life. Have you ever found yourself thinking, *“I’ve reached a point in life where it may be too late to achieve my goals”*? If so, you are not alone—and you are in the right place. As someone who has walked through similar doubts and life challenges, I understand how overwhelming it can feel. Whether you are a single parent, an empty nester, a grandparent, or a professional navigating high levels of stress, you may have faced moments where past decisions or current circumstances made your goals feel out of reach. I’m here to assure you: it is **not** too late. Together, we will work to strengthen your sense of self, heal from grief, trauma, and unhealthy relationships, and address patterns—such as regret, fear, or self-doubt—that stand in the way of your growth. Therapy can help you reclaim your direction, rebuild confidence, and move toward the life you envision. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner resilience so you can once again: **Envision. Inspire. Challenge. Change.** Your journey is still unfolding, and you deserve the support to move forward with clarity and purpose. Let’s begin that work together.
