Hi! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-Candidate passionate about helping people experience healing, growth, and connection. At Grace River Christian Counseling, I work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages and in all stages of life. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward. I believe that each person already carries the potential for healing and growth – they may just need a safe, supportive space to explore what changes looks like for them. I feel honored to walk alongside clients as they clarify their goals, build new tools, and move toward the life they want. My approach to therapy is person-centered, trauma-informed, and compassionate. I focus on helping clients feel seen, known, and valued. I’m especially passionate about helping clients gain insight into themselves and their relationships, recognize what’s no longer serving them and grow the skills that support meaningful change, stronger connection, and greater confidence in life and relationships. I use evidence-based practices, including solution-focused therapy, and tailor my approach to fit each person’s unique needs. I enjoy working with working with individuals and couples navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, and relationship dynamics. And I have a heart for working with pastors, ministry staff, and leaders facing the unique pressures that come with caregiving and leadership roles. My goal is to create a therapeutic space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow in the ways that matter most to you.
