Introduction

Pregnancy and new motherhood can bring more anxiety than anyone prepares you for — especially if you’re used to handling everything well. If your mind won’t slow down, you’re caught in constant “what if” thoughts, or you don’t feel like yourself since becoming pregnant or postpartum, you’re not alone. This season is emotionally and hormonally intense, even for capable, high-functioning women. Each time a child is born, a mother is also born. That transformation can bring joy and love, but also fear, doubt, and emotional overwhelm. Many of the women I work with appear composed on the outside while privately struggling with pregnancy or postpartum anxiety. As a certified perinatal mental health specialist, I focus specifically on pregnancy and postpartum anxiety. My approach blends practical, evidence-based tools with deeper insight work so you feel steady, confident, and grounded in motherhood. Moms need a village — and I want to be part of yours.
