I am an experiential trauma therapist in training. My background in social and economic justice and my lived experience as a trauma survivor shape my work and have led me to explore the mind–body connection and creative, experiential paths to healing. I pay attention to how trauma shows up in the body, in relationships and in everyday life. I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, burnout, trauma, relationship challenges and attachment concerns. I also work with people experiencing complex PTSD (C-PTSD) and dissociation. My approach draws on Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic experiencing, Brainspotting, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) expressive arts, with attention to holistic living through a focus on nutrition, sleep and movement. I find a sense of steadiness and curiosity in the mountains and on the trail, and I bring those qualities into therapy. My aim is to create a space where you feel seen and supported and can move at a pace that feels right for you. I offer individual and couples therapy in person and via telehealth. I accept Medicaid and am currently welcoming new clients.
