I’m a somatic psychotherapist who cultivates an environment rooted in curiosity, growth, and radical acceptance of self. In our work together, you’ll experience the profound, transformative impact of connecting with your body. Many of my clients come to me having gained intellectual insight—through therapy, reflection, or life experience—about who they are and what they want. Yet, they still feel stuck: in painful memories, in repetitive emotional cycles, or in a state of dysregulation. This can become an exhausting loop, often leading to disconnection from both self and others. I’m here to help you reconnect—with your body, your values, and your authentic self. Through an integrative approach that honors the mind, body, and soul, I’ll support you in deepening self-awareness, identifying behavioral patterns, releasing emotional blockages, nurturing a grounded connection to the present moment, and transforming trauma into growth-oriented energy. My approach is eclectic and tailored, drawing from psychoeducation, somatic awareness, mindfulness practices, and talk therapy. I’m grounded in evidence-based methodologies like Dance/Movement Therapy (DMT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing. All of this is held within a person-centered, trauma-informed, and socially conscious lens. I welcome individuals of all races, genders, ages, sexualities, religions, nationalities, and relationship structures. You are encouraged to come exactly as you are—I’m honored to meet you there.
