Introduction

I help high-achieving Christian women who feel unseen, overwhelmed, or stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns find greater peace, healthier boundaries, and deeper connection with God and the people they love. Many high-achieving Christian women look like they have it all together on the outside ~ but inside, they're exhausted. They carry the weight of work, marriage, motherhood, and endless responsibilities while struggling with anxiety, people-pleasing, self-criticism, and feeling disconnected from themselves, others, and God. If that sounds familiar, you're not alone. I help high-achieving women and moms understand the deeper patterns driving their stress, overwhelm, relationship struggles, and emotional reactions so they can experience greater peace, healthier boundaries, and more meaningful connection. My approach blends the Enneagram with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), helping you uncover the beliefs, motivations, and protective patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we'll develop practical tools to help you respond rather than react, communicate more effectively, and live with greater confidence and emotional freedom. As a licensed mental health counselor with over 20 years in behavioral health, as well as a wife, mom, and leader myself, I understand the unique pressures many women face. I offer a compassionate, faith-informed space where healing is grounded in both sound clinical practices and biblical truth. My passion is helping women move from overwhelm to peace, from striving to alignment, and from simply surviving to truly thriving ~ so they can live with greater freedom, purpose, and connection to God and the people they love most.
