Introduction

I believe that people are more than a diagnosis. My approach combines thoughtful medication management with psychotherapy because lasting changes come from understanding not only symptoms, but also the experiences, relationships and patterns that shape emotional well-being. I strive to create a collaborative, compassionate environment where patients feel heard and respected while we work together toward meaningful, sustainable improvements. I treat adults experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, substance use disorders and other psychiatric conditions. Treatment is individualized and may include medication management, psychotherapy, or a combination of both based on your goals and needs. Reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate it alone. Whether you're seeking treatment for the first time or returning after time away, I look forward to working with you to build a treatment plan that supports your goals and helps you move toward lasting wellness.
