Hey, you! Congratulations on taking the first step in searching for a therapist, as this is the first brave step you can take. I am a first-generation Ghanaian who wants to continue to break the stigma of mental health in the BIPOC community. I have obtained my MSW from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley with nine years of experience working in the field. I specialize in helping clients manage mood disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, ASD, substance use, and perinatal mental health. I work with families navigating family conflict and caregivers to special needs family members and using CBT, DBT, and a strength-based approach. I understand how difficult it can be to take the first step toward healing, and you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed or stuck, I’m here to support you. Together, we can work through your challenges and move toward the balance and peace you deserve. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to help you along your journey.
