Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when life feels heavy, confusing, or not quite right. I work with adults navigating anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, self-esteem, relationships, boundaries, identity, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and relational. Rather than telling you what to do, I’ll walk alongside you as you explore your experiences, understand your patterns, and build a life that feels more authentic and aligned with your values. My foundation is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I also draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and other approaches depending on what feels most supportive for you. While I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds, I have a particular interest in supporting adult children of immigrants navigating identity, family expectations, and belonging. My background includes psychiatric settings, refugee support programs, and community mental health. As the child of immigrants myself, I bring a culturally responsive perspective and deep respect for the complexity of identity, culture, and resilience. If you’re ready to feel more grounded and more like yourself, I’d love to connect.
