I work with people in seasons of transition—those carrying burnout from caregiving, education, or heart-forward work—who are ready to move from endurance to intention. If you're thoughtful and self-aware, shaped by survival and responsibility yet quietly longing for something softer and more honest, I offer a grounded, culturally responsive space where your nervous system can exhale and meaning can be made. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, and attachment issues, drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and family work to help you build emotional steadiness, clean boundaries, and a life that feels aligned rather than reactive. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups across all ages—from children through elders—and I'm currently accepting new clients via telehealth. If you've been feeling stretched thin or unsure where to begin, therapy can be a place to pause, feel understood, and start tending to yourself with care. I accept Cigna Healthcare, Aetna, ComPsych, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois. I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
