Introduction

My name is Dominica Montano, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and owner of Changing Seasons Therapy. I specialize in working with individuals who have had or who are experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions and who struggle with various mood concerns, thought style concerns, relationship concerns, or may be experiencing a lack of meaning and purpose in their lives. I work well with people who are interested in developing a better understanding of their particular mental health concern and who are curious about how to address it through various types of therapeutic interventions. I can help by connecting you to a better understanding of your internal experiences (thought/emotion/body sensation) I am trained and certified in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Crisis Intervention, Interpersonal Social Rhythm Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. Through these approaches we can collaborate in a shared decision-making process and arrive to an agreed upon set of goals.
