You may have spent years building a career, caring for your family, or meeting the expectations placed upon you, yet lately something feels different. The life you've worked hard to create no longer feels fully aligned with who you are becoming. You may feel disconnected from yourself, uncertain about what comes next, or simply aware that there is more to life than getting through each day. Therapy offers an opportunity to pause, become curious, and understand the deeper patterns influencing your relationships, decisions, and emotional life. My approach integrates psychodynamic, existential, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) perspectives to help you reconnect with your authentic self while creating meaningful and lasting change. I enjoy working with adults navigating life transitions, professional burnout, identity shifts, multicultural experiences, anxiety, and questions of purpose and meaning. Together, we create a space where insight, self-compassion, and curiosity become catalysts for growth, not only relieving distress but helping you build a life that feels more intentional and more fully your own. Before becoming a therapist, I earned a Master's degree in Sociology, built a business, raised a family, and navigated the experience of creating a new life in another country. These experiences continue to inform my understanding of resilience, change, and the many ways we reinvent ourselves throughout life. I earned my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from SUNY New Paltz and provide therapy under the clinical leadership and supervision of Kamila Zapytowska, MA, LCSW. If you're ready to better understand yourself, move beyond patterns that no longer serve you, and create a life that feels more authentic, I welcome you to reach out.
