Introduction

I work with individuals who are ready to heal from addiction, trauma, and emotional pain. As a Licensed Addiction Counselor and Clinical Social Work Candidate, I support clients in understanding their emotions, regulating their nervous system, and rebuilding safety and connection—within themselves and with others. Together, we move beyond coping and into deeper healing, releasing what no longer serves and creating space for growth, balance, and alignment. With over eight years of experience in mental health and addiction, I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach to support healing and growth. I specialize in addiction recovery, trauma healing, emotional regulation, and helping clients rebuild safety, balance, and authentic self-connection. Having navigated my own journey through mental health and addiction, I understand the courage it takes to reach out. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your story safely. Healing is not about fixing what’s broken but reconnecting with your whole self. I’d be honored to walk with you on that path.
