I believe everyone deserves a space to talk openly, ask questions, and feel understood without judgment. I'm Dominique Jackson, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I provide psychiatric evaluations, ADHD assessments, and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, trauma-related concerns, sleep difficulties, and other mental health challenges. My background includes inpatient psychiatry, addiction treatment, residential care, and outpatient services. These experiences have taught me that mental health care isn't one-size-fits-all. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I'll take time to listen, explain treatment options clearly, and work with you to develop a plan that fits your needs and goals. Whether you're seeking answers for yourself, looking for support for your child, or considering medication, you deserve care that sees the whole person, not just the diagnosis.
