Let’s be honest—life can be a mess sometimes. Whether you're navigating the ups and downs of relationships, wrestling with anxiety or depression, or just trying to figure out what "normal" even means anymore, I’m here to help you untangle it all (with compassion, clarity, and maybe a few well-timed laughs). I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, families, and kids. My approach is person-centered, meaning you’re the expert on your life—I’m just here to help guide the process. I draw from Narrative Therapy, CBT, DBT, and CPT to meet you where you are and support real, sustainable growth. My experience ranges from supporting teens during the chaos of COVID-19, to working in residential treatment, to serving on a mental health crisis team (think: the deep end of the pool). I’ve supported clients through depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, psychosis, communication struggles, and major life transitions—and I believe healing starts with feeling seen, heard, and safe. Born and raised in Temecula and now a San Diego local of 10+ years, I earned my bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Addiction Studies and my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. In therapy with me, expect warmth, empathy, a judgment-free zone, and yes—humor. (Because sometimes, if we don’t laugh, we might cry. And sometimes we do both. That’s okay, too.) I’m here to walk alongside you—no pressure, no pretense—just real support as you navigate your healing journey.
