I primarily work with adults who are driven to get better and willing to work on themselves, even when it is uncomfortable. I have been successful in helping clients address anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma. I also address major life transitions, professional or academic concerns, family and relationship problems, and financial stress. I take a whole-person approach to treatment, and I would be most effective for someone who feels that their concerns are complex, rich, and multilayered. I would be ideal for someone who wants their clinician to look deep and really try to understand them and their circumstances. I have over 5 years of experience providing treatment to adults. My goal is to help clients work toward being their best self and utilize the therapeutic relationship as a foundation to treatment. I use a mix of interventions to change unhelpful thinking, develop healthy behaviors, manage and cope with difficult emotions, and to process and resolve trauma.
