Life can feel overwhelming at times, and you don’t have to navigate those challenges alone. I work with individuals, couples, and families who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, family conflict, anger, low self-esteem, grief, or major life changes. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and confidential environment where you can feel heard, understood, and respected. I believe therapy is a collaborative process. Rather than simply telling you what to do, we will work together to better understand the challenges you are facing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools to help you move toward meaningful and lasting change. I consider it a privilege to hear my clients’ stories and to support them as they work toward healthier relationships, greater confidence, and improved emotional well-being. My clinical experience includes working with anxiety, depression, relationship and marital conflict, family difficulties, anger, self-esteem concerns, sexual abuse and trauma, and grief and loss. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. I have experience working with members of the LDS faith and understand the ways faith, family, relationships, and personal values can intersect with mental health concerns. I am also LGBTQ+ affirming and strive to provide a respectful and accepting environment for every client.
