I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience helping adults and teens navigate anxiety, stress, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapy while also recognizing the powerful connection between mental and physical health. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning individuals who appear to be managing well on the outside but internally feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected from themselves. Together we work to understand the underlying patterns contributing to these struggles and develop practical strategies that support lasting change. My clinical approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, and mind-body awareness. I provide support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. In addition to traditional therapy, I also incorporate a whole-person perspective that recognizes the role stress, sleep, nutrition, hormones, and gut health can play in emotional wellbeing. My goal is to help clients not only reduce symptoms, but also restore balance, resilience, and a greater sense of vitality. I work with teens (14+) and adults and strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe exploring what’s holding them back and moving toward meaningful change.
