Introduction

Reaching out is courageous. I offer a safe, welcoming space for diverse clients—including those with trauma, anxiety, mood, and OCD. While certified in evidence-based treatments, I believe what is wounded in relationships can heal in relationships. Let’s begin! My approach I use holistic, relational, and evidence-based therapies—like EMDR, DBT, IFS, and a philosophical framework with Existential approaches—to help with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, eating disorders, OCD, personality, and dissociative disorders. My focus I work with clients struggling with life transitions, relationship conflict, spirituality, existential concerns, generational family trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, grief, trauma, and struggles with body image. With curiosity, warmth, and empathy, I offer a safe space for reflection and exploration to develop agency as well as insight. My communication style I walk beside you as a collaborator, helping you develop consciousness surrounding your experience. I am direct and approach the therapeutic process as a conversation to explore your experience and promote mindful living. The foundation of our work is safety, consent, nonjudgment, and empathy. My goals for you From the start, we set meaningful goals that guide our time. At the start of each session, I invite you to share what matters most so our focus stays on your needs. I’m here to collaborate with you to create lasting, meaningful change. My first session with you I use the first session to answer your questions, discuss expectations, and set goals. It's a time for us to get to know each other. Everyone has a story to tell a
