Introduction

It is my goal to inspire, encourage and illuminate the path for you as we explore together to identify and further develop your strengths. We will then identify obstacles in your life that have been interfering with you living to your full potential. I have faith in the perseverance of the human spirit, given the right amount of time, support and the necessary tools. My passion is trauma resolution. Trauma is ANYTHING that is overwhelming. Traumatic events have multi-dimensional impacts. From something seemingly insignificant like a "fender bender" to relationship conflict, each can trigger an internal chain reaction. Simple interventions promote permanent recovery and allow you to thrive both emotionally, physically, and spiritually. I have many years of experience in private practice, medical/psychiatric settings and various treatment modalities. I am actively involved in training mental health professionals in Somatic Experiencing® trauma resolution techniques internationally. I have travelled to China, Canada and Australia for this purpose. I look forward to speaking with you!
