I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they feel heard, understood, and valued. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or life transitions, you don't have to face them alone. My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and strengths-based. I work alongside clients to explore concerns, recognize their strengths, identify patterns, and develop practical strategies for growth and sustainable change. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. Faith-integrated counseling is also available for clients who wish to incorporate their spiritual beliefs. I recognize that growth isn't always linear. My goal is to help clients build resilience, embrace their stories, and take meaningful steps toward the lives they envision. I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and a Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) certification in Ohio. I currently provide counseling services through DBU Counseling Services under clinical supervision as an Ohio-registered Social Worker Trainee (SWT). You don't have to have everything figured out to take the first step. Sometimes, the first step is simply allowing yourself the space to begin.
