I work with individuals navigating ADHD, autism and other forms of neurodivergence, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and compulsive behaviors, as well as legal involvement. I especially value working with people who have felt misunderstood, judged, or expected to hide parts of themselves just to get by. Most of what we do doesn’t happen in a vacuum. The habits, reactions, or patterns you struggle with often make sense when we get curious about the environment and history around them. You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong or have a grand plan. Knowing something isn’t working anymore is a perfect place to begin. My approach is collaborative, direct, and very humanistic. I draw from CBT, motivational interviewing, and parts-informed work, adapting different approaches to you and what works for you rather than expecting you to fit a particular model. Together, we'll notice patterns, slow things down, and work toward changes that make sense in your life. Even the things you feel ashamed of usually make sense when we understand what they once did for you. Understanding them doesn’t mean you have to stay stuck in them. You don’t have to arrive at therapy knowing exactly what needs to change. We can start with where you are, get curious about what’s there, and figure out where you want to go from here.
