Dorothy works with preteens, teens, college students, and women who often carry a lot internally—whether that’s high expectations, deep thinking, or navigating complex life transitions. Many of her clients feel overwhelmed by anxiety, caught in cycles of overthinking, experiencing depression, or walking through difficult seasons such as grief or spiritual questions, and are ready for a space where they can slow down, process, and feel supported. Her approach is warm, insightful, and practical. She helps clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while also creating space to explore deeper questions of purpose and faith when desired. Whether you're a teen feeling pressure to perform, a college student trying to find your footing, or a woman navigating a new season of life, Dorothy provides a supportive space to process, heal, and grow. Dorothy integrates evidence-based approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and developmentally appropriate strategies for younger clients. Her goal is to help you move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling grounded, confident, and emotionally well.
