I believe therapy should help us become better at being human. My approach brings together faith, nature, movement, and science, often taking therapy outdoors through walking, rucking, and other experiences that help the mind and body move together. I also believe mental health is connected to how we live, eat, work, relate, and find purpose. That’s why I collaborate with primary care and nutrition professionals, help lead Being Human classes, and work with local businesses, corporations, and schools to bring mental wellbeing beyond the therapy room and into everyday life.
