I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about helping clients move toward their best and most authentic selves. My goal is to help you feel supported as you develop greater awareness, confidence, and trust in yourself. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are interested in exploring their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors more deeply. Together, we focus on increasing self-awareness and emotional connection, so you can feel more in control of your life and more connected to yourself and others.
