I especially enjoy working with adults navigating anxiety, major life transitions, relationship concerns, and complex family or cultural dynamics. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while also emphasizing the mind-body connection and the impact stress can have on emotional and physical well-being. I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to develop healthier patterns in their daily lives. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and have experience working with multicultural issues that shape identity, self-perception, relationships, and overall well-being.
