Introduction

I work with teens, college students, young adults, and adults who may look like they're doing fine on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of themselves underneath it all. Many of my clients struggle with overthinking, perfectionism, self-doubt, relationship or family stress, identity concerns, and the pressure to have everything figured out. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and honest. I want clients to feel comfortable being themselves in session without feeling judged or lectured. Together, we'll make sense of what's been weighing on you, understand the patterns underneath it, and develop practical ways to feel more confident and grounded. I also pay attention to how family, culture, relationships, and past experiences shape the way we see ourselves and move through the world. I provide virtual therapy to clients in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.
