Introduction

I offer telehealth services across the state of Arizona that include both video and audio sessions which has proven to be just as effective as in-person therapy. Telehealth is perfect for busy professionals who struggle to find the time to care for themselves. I combine cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), an evidence based approach, and many other eclectic approaches to individual care. I do not believe in a "one size fits all" approach and strive to meet the needs of my clients and the struggles at hand. Please email dr.mell@illuminatingcounseling for a free consultation. I am licensed in the state of Arizona with experience in many different types of struggles. I find myself being a very warm and genuine therapist that values the therapeutic relationship I have with my clients. I love to encourage others and build them up!
