Introduction

Welcome! I have dedicated my career to bridging the gap between rigorous clinical research and empathetic, evidence-based practice. My training at Yale University (Ph.D.), the University of Pennsylvania (B.A). and NYP - Cornell University (residency) provided me with the rigorous frameworks and tools to treat the most complex anxiety symptoms. However, it was my time in high-pressure environments — including my experience as a management consultant — that taught me how deeply these struggles can affect every part of a person’s life. I know that the pressure to 'keep going' can be suffocating, and I am here to provide the expert, discreet, and supportive space you need to breathe again. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders and the family of OCD disorders. I focus on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), exposure and response prevention (ERP) for OCD, exposure therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), and mindfulness I run a boutique practice called Together CBT. We’re a small group of clinicians who specialize in anxiety and OCD.
