I work with individuals navigating trauma, life transitions, identity, relationships, and emotional overwhelm. My approach begins with understanding your experiences in context—not simply asking what is wrong, but exploring what happened, what you learned to do to survive, and whether those patterns still serve you today. My work is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and collaborative. I integrate approaches such as EMDR to help clients process difficult experiences while honoring the ways culture, identity, relationships, and community shape how we understand ourselves and our experiences. I believe healing includes understanding your story without being defined by it. Together, we can make sense of what you have experienced, recognize the strengths and survival strategies that brought you here, and create space for you to decide what comes next.
