Introduction

CONTACT ME IF: ✔ You’re holding it together on the outside, but running on empty underneath. ✔ Your life or work demands a lot from you, and the pressure feels unbearably constant. ✔ You want to perform well and stay healthy, but something feels out of sync. I work with a wide range of clients, with a particular focus on people whose lives and careers demand a lot—high stress, constant pressure, and competition. My work helps rebuild the mind-body connection so you can sustain energy, regain control, and perform at your best without burning out. I also support people recovering from eating disorders and parents navigating their child’s recovery, providing science-backed strategies for healing, confidence, and lasting change. As a licensed professional counselor with a post-doctoral certification in applied sport psychology, my work spans both counseling and consulting—and part of my role is helping you determine which is right for you. MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING is appropriate when you’re dealing with severe anxiety, burnout, disordered eating, depression or other mental health concerns that benefit from assessment, diagnosis, and clinical treatment. PERFORMANCE CONSULTING helps individuals and organizations optimize outcomes, motivation, and sustainable energy in work, life, or competition. As your performance consultant, I draw on my expertise in personality and human behavior to help you navigate complex interpersonal dynamics in the workplace or with your team. If you’re not sure which you need, that’s okay. We’ll figure it out together. Are you ready to stop fighting your limits and start working with your strengths?
