I believe choosing therapy is a meaningful step, and feeling comfortable, understood, and respected matters deeply in that process. I provide a warm, supportive space where you can explore what's affecting your life at your own pace. I specialize in trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and maternal mental health. I also have particular expertise working with first responders—firefighters, law enforcement, and others navigating the unique stressors of their work. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, tailored to your specific experience. I use evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to help you develop effective coping strategies and build on your existing strengths. I work with teenagers, young adults, adults, and elders—individually, as couples, or through coaching. Whether you're processing trauma, managing anxiety or depression, grieving a loss, adjusting to motherhood, or carrying the demands of first responder work, you don't have to do it alone. I offer in-person and telehealth sessions and am accepting new clients.
