Are you tired of feeling like you're never enough — no matter how hard you try? You show up for everyone but inside there's this quiet ache, this question: when will it be my turn to be cared for? I specialize in helping individuals and couples heal the deep-rooted wounds of worthiness — the quiet persistent beliefs that whisper "I'm not enough" no matter how much you achieve or how hard you love. These wounds often show up as perfectionism, people-pleasing, overfunctioning, and emotional disconnection. Together we work to unpack where those beliefs were learned and interrupt the cycles that keep you stuck. I hold a doctorate in social work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience. I also serve as adjunct faculty at two universities because I believe in this work deeply enough to teach it. This isn't therapy where you talk and I nod. It's active, engaging, and deeply reflective. You deserve therapy that sees all of you. All sessions are held virtually for clients in North Carolina. I am available Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
